Located in the Tank District in the master-planned Meriam Park community development in Chico, this building was designed and constructed to serve as both a temporary field office for the US Census Bureau and a future shell building with five separate suites. Design of the building was completed through close collaboration with the US Census Bureau, and through strict compliance with the Area Census Office Special Requirements as published by the General Services Administration.
